NOW WE ARE CELEBRATING
WHAT TO EXPECT
It’s International Yoga Day and we’re bringing Amol back for our annual 108 Surya Namaskar Flow! This won’t be easy, but Amol will be there to guide you through this act of surrender. Join us in celebrating International Yoga day with one hundred and eight sun salutations. The number 108 has many auspicious meanings in mathematics, a number of religions and in yogic practices. For those of us who tried it last year, we remember this one as a moving meditation. At one point, you’ll lose count and find a moment of mental stillness as your body follows these movements naturally. Don’t worry, when you lose count, Amol will be keeping track!
As some of you may know, this year International Yoga Day falls on Wednesday June 21st, so we’re celebrating a few days early. Of course if you want to practice the whole week, we have a special offer for you! If you join us for the Surya Namaskar Flow, you’ll be eligible for our 50% off on Amol’s regular weekday classes. You’ll be able to join Amol for an Ashtanga Practice all week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday!
We also want to make sure that all systems are go so we’re adding in one more offer for you. If you come and join us for our flow, you’ll be eligible for 50% off an Ayurvedic Health Analysis with Dr. Amol at Yogacara!
So book now and let’s celebrate International Yoga Day together!
See you on the mat!
